Time flies, and it has been almost two years since the first round of Polkadot Crowdloan! We still remember the excitement of the parachain auction, with over 100,000 addresses contributing for 90,000,000+ DOT.

On October 24th, we will witness the first major unlock of locked DOT from the Polkadot Crowdloan. To celebrate this, Bifrost has prepared a special event called Polkadot Unlock Harvest, with surprises awaiting your soon-to-be unlocked DOT!

Polkadot Unlock Harvest

The Polkadot Unlock Harvest event will be divided into two phases: the warm-up phase before the start of DOT unlocking, and the official phase after DOT unlocking.

• Warm-up phase: October 12th, 12pm — October 23rd, 12pm UTC
• Official phase: October 24th, 12am— October 24th, 12pm UTC

Warm-up Event Rules

In this article, we will introduce the warm-up phase, and the rules for the official phase will be officially announced within a week before the DOT unlocking. During the warm-up phase, all users who successfully participate in the DOT contributing for Moonbeam, Acala, Parallel, Astar, and Clover will have the opportunity to receive special airdrops during the Bifrost Polkadot Unlock Harvest warm-up period.

Participating in the event is very simple. Just log in to bifrost.app/dashboard/boost, connect your wallet, and if you meet the requirements, you can claim Raindrops points during the warm-up phase.

After the completion of the Polkadot Unlock Harvest event on November 22nd, you will share the BNC prize pool of the warm-up phase based on the proportion of Raindrops points you earned during the warm-up phase.

Upon claiming, you will receive 2,000 base Raindrops. During the pre-launch phase, you can also accumulate more Raindrops through five different actions to increase your Raindrop holdings. Additionally, all addresses that successfully participate in the warm-up phase will enjoy a 10% bonus on minting points in the official Polkadot Unlock Harvest event.

Here are the five actions to earn additional Raindrops during the pre-launch phase:

1. Invite friends to claim the raindrops successfully.

2. Participate in a Polkadot Crowdloan with over 100 DOTs. (Moonbeam, Acala, Parallel, Astar, and Clover)

3. Complete the identity verification process. (Bifrost Discord Raindrop identity)

4. Conduct over 1000 transactions on the Polkadot network.

5. Participate in at least one OpenGov proposal vote
