Bifrost Community Referendum to Enable Transfers has Voted, BNC to Activate Transfers at 7am on the Oct 21st UTC

According to the Bifrost chain, the community's proposal to open the BNC transfer referendum, which was launched 7 days ago, has passed with 99% of the votes in favor and will activate the BNC transfer function at block height #611,522, which is expected to reach the block height at around 7am on 2021/10/21 UTC.

According to the Acala Canary Network Karura chain, BNC as the first cross-chain bootstrap project of Polkadot ecology opened within 5 minutes that 100% of the liquidity target, so far the liquidity target has exceeded 580% + completed. BNC/kUSD Bootstrap will last until 1pm on the Oct 21st UTC, and the addresses currently holding kUSD/BNC can still participate. At the end of Bootstrap, the BNC/kUSD trading pair will be listed and the liquidity incentives of 200k BNC & 25k KAR will be activated.
