10m SMN → 100m SUB: redenomination and a new token symbol

We did a planned upgrade of the Subsocial's RPC and archive nodes at a block # 4,074,347. What's changed:

Token symbol: SMN → SUB
Token decimals: 12 → 11
Added a set of new RPC methods.

This means that

A total issuance now is 100 mil tokens;
All balances now are displayed like if they have been multiplied by 10.
